Collection of tools to automate the processing of data collected though the IDEA4 method (see Zahm et al. (2018) doi:10.1051/cagri/2019004 ). Starting from the original data collecting files this packages provides functions to compute IDEA indicators, draw modern and aesthetic plots, and produce a wide range of reporting materials.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from davidcarayon/IDEATools. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-IDEATools

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
