The conditional treatment effect for competing risks data in observational studies is estimated. While it is described as a constant difference between the hazard functions given the covariates, we do not assume specific functional forms for the covariates. Rava, D. and Xu, R. (2021) arXiv:2112.09535.

Install

install.packages("HazardDiff", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

sudo apt install -y r-cran-hazarddiff

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-HazardDiff

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
