Improvements

set_github_host() and set_gitlab_host() now print elapsed time after setting up the host (#798).

Bug fixes

Fixed set_github_host() / set_gitlab_host() failing when set_parallel() is called first. The order of function calls no longer matters (#796).
Fixed get_orgs() failing for GitLab hosts with more than 10,000 groups. Since GitLab 15.7, the x-total header is suppressed from REST API responses when the result set exceeds 10,000 records. The org count is now obtained via GraphQL groups { count } query instead (#793).

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
