Implemented are the Wald-type statistic, a permuted version thereof as well as the ANOVA-type statistic for general factorial designs, even with non-normal error terms and/or heteroscedastic variances, for crossed designs with an arbitrary number of factors and nested designs with up to three factors. Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-GFD

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
