A collection of methods for modeling time-to-event data using both functional and scalar predictors. It implements functional data analysis techniques for estimation and inference, allowing researchers to assess the impact of functional covariates on survival outcomes, including time-to-single event and recurrent event outcomes.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from zifangkong/FunSurv. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-FunSurv

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
