Changes in 0.3.0

Added the new function exactmed_cat(), which computes mediation effects when the mediator is categorical.
In exactmed_c() when used with case-control data, the residual mean square error (MSE) has been replaced by the *weighted* MSE as the estimator of the error variance ($\sigma^2$) of the mediator regression model.
Documentation fixes and updates.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
