Provides sample size and power calculations when the treatment time-lag effect is present and the lag duration is either homogeneous across the individual subject, or varies heterogeneously from individual to individual within a certain domain and following a specific pattern. The methods used are described in Xu, Z., Zhen, B., Park, Y., & Zhu, B. (2017) doi:10.1002/sim.7157.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
