Dynamic Water Balance a Hydrological Model
Overview
A tool for hydrologic modelling using the Budyko framework and the Dynamic Water Balance model with Dynamical Dimension Search algorithm to calibrate the model and analyze the outputs from interactive graphics. It allows to calculate the water availability in basins and also some water fluxes represented by the structure of the model. See Zhang, L., N., Potter, K., Hickel, Y., Zhang, Q., Shao (2008) DOI:10.1016/j.jhydrol.2008.07.021 "Water balance modeling over variable time scales based on the Budyko framework - Model development and testing", Journal of Hydrology, 360, 117–131. See Tolson, B., C., Shoemaker (2007) DOI:10.1029/2005WR004723 "Dynamically dimensioned search algorithm for computationally efficient watershed model calibration", Water Resources Research, 43, 1–16.
CRAN resubmission fixes
graphDWB()no longer opens a web browser in non-interactive sessions. For the composed graphs (tp = 3andtp = 4) the returned object is now only wrapped inhtmltools::browsable()wheninteractive()isTRUE, soR CMD checkexamples and vignette builds no longer trigger a browser call. Interactive use and the knitted vignette keep rendering the dygraphs as before.- Replaced the retired Travis CI badge with a GitHub Actions R-CMD-check badge and updated the dead thesis URL (bdigital.unal.edu.co, host no longer resolving) to its current location on repositorio.unal.edu.co, in the README, the vignette and the bibliography.
- Fixed the
sogamosodataset documentation: the\formatsection used\itemizewith labelled items, which produced "Lost braces in \itemize" notes under the currentR CMD check; it now uses\describe.

- Updated the codecov badge link to its current address (app.codecov.io) to avoid a permanent-redirect URL note.
- Moved
rasterandspfrom Suggests to Depends. The bundled example datasets are stored asraster/spS4 objects, so these packages must be attached fordata()to load them; declaring them only in Suggests caused achecking data for non-ASCII charactersWARNING on the CRAN checks.
