A "Shiny"" web application for creating interactive Bayesian Network models, learning the structure and parameters of Bayesian networks, and utilities for classic network analysis.

Added inline help text describing each of the 12 supported structure learning algorithms.
Added support for multi-node evidence in inference: users can now accumulate evidence across multiple nodes before querying.
Added Gaussian network inference using likelihood-weighting sampling (bnlearn::cpdist()), with kernel density visualization of the posterior.

Minor improvements and bug fixes

Refactored server.R and ui.R for improved code quality.
Updated R-CMD-check CI/CD workflow.
Added knitr and rmarkdown vignette builder support.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
