Package BHMSMAfMRI performs Bayesian hierarchical multi-subject multiscale analysis of fMRI data as described in Sanyal & Ferreira (2012) DOI:10.1016/j.neuroimage.2012.08.041, or other multiscale data, using wavelet-based prior that borrows strength across subjects and provides posterior smoothed images of the effect sizes and samples from the posterior distribution.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from nilotpalsanyal/BHMSMAfMRI. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
