Produces an economic evaluation of a sample of suitable variables of cost and effectiveness / utility for two or more interventions, e.g. from a Bayesian model in the form of MCMC simulations. This package computes the most cost-effective alternative and produces graphical summaries and probabilistic sensitivity analysis, see Baio et al (2017) doi:10.1007/978-3-319-55718-2.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from giabaio/BCEA. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
