Performs AnchorRegression proposed by Rothenhäusler et al. 2020. The code is adapted from the original paper repository. (https://github.com/rothenhaeusler/anchor-regression) The code was developed independently from the authors of the paper.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from simzim96/AnchorRegression. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-AnchorRegression

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
