ADaCGH
1.5-3Analysis of data from aCGH experiments
Overview
Analysis and plotting of array CGH data. Allows usage of Circular Binary Segementation, wavelet-based smoothing (both as in Liu et al., and HaarSeg as in Ben-Yaacov and Eldar), , ACE method (CGH Explorer), HMM, BioHMM, GLAD, CGHseg, and Price's modification of Smith & Waterman's algorith. For a number measured here: a download total, a coverage figure, an archival date.
From data release v2026-08-11, which the citation names so these numbers can be found later. More on citing and the projects behind them.
