Provides scalogram based wavelet tools for time series analysis: wavelet power spectrum, scalogram, windowed scalogram, windowed scalogram difference (see Bolos et al. (2017) <doi:10.1016/j.amc.2017.05.046>), scale index and windowed scale index (Benitez et al. (2010) <doi:10.1016/j.camwa.2010.05.010>).

Install

install.packages("wavScalogram")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

# one-time r2u setup for Ubuntu (noble)

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/eddelbuettel/r2u/master/inst/scripts/add_cranapt_noble.sh | sudo bash

# then install

sudo apt install r-cran-wavscalogram

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). Run the setup once per machine.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf copr enable iucar/cran

sudo dnf install R-CRAN-wavScalogram

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

sudo zypper install R-wavScalogram

RPMs auto-built from CRAN on openSUSE OBS.
