Bayesian inference analysis for bivariate meta-analysis of diagnostic test studies using integrated nested Laplace approximation with INLA. A purpose built graphic user interface is available. The installation of R package INLA is compulsory for successful usage. The INLA package can be obtained from <https://www.r-inla.org>. We recommend the testing version, which can be downloaded by running: install.packages("INLA", repos=c(getOption("repos"), INLA="https://inla.r-inla-download.org/R/testing"), dep=TRUE).

Install

install.packages("meta4diag")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

# one-time r2u setup for Ubuntu (noble)

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/eddelbuettel/r2u/master/inst/scripts/add_cranapt_noble.sh | sudo bash

# then install

sudo apt install r-cran-meta4diag

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). Run the setup once per machine.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf copr enable iucar/cran

sudo dnf install R-CRAN-meta4diag

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

sudo zypper install R-meta4diag

RPMs auto-built from CRAN on openSUSE OBS.
