Estimates marginal likelihood from a posterior sample using the method described in Wang et al. (2023) doi:10.1093/sysbio/syad007, which does not require evaluation of any additional points and requires only the log of the unnormalized posterior density for each sampled parameter vector.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-lorad

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
