A collection of four datasets based around the population dynamics of migratory fish. Datasets contain both basic size information on a per fish basis, as well as otolith data that contains a per day record of fish growth history. All data in this package was collected by the author, from 2015-2016, in the Wellington region of New Zealand.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-fishdata

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
