Reconstruct networks from multi-omics data sets with the collaborative graphical lasso (coglasso) algorithm described in Albanese, A., Kohlen, W., and Behrouzi, P. (2024) <doi:10.48550/arXiv.2403.18602>. Use the main wrapper function `bs()` to build and select a multi-omics network.

Install

install.packages("coglasso")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

pak::pak("DrQuestion/coglasso")

Development version from DrQuestion/coglasso. Requires the pak package.

Release

# one-time r2u setup for Ubuntu (noble)

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/eddelbuettel/r2u/master/inst/scripts/add_cranapt_noble.sh | sudo bash

# then install

sudo apt install r-cran-coglasso

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). Run the setup once per machine.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf copr enable iucar/cran

sudo dnf install R-CRAN-coglasso

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

sudo zypper install R-coglasso

RPMs auto-built from CRAN on openSUSE OBS.
