Includes several classifications such as International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10th Revision (ICD10), Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical (ATC) Classification, The International Classification of Diseases for Oncology (ICD-O-3), and International Classification of Primary Care (ICPC). Includes function that adds descriptive label to code value. Depending on classification following languages are available: English, Finnish, Swedish, and Latin.

Install

install.packages("codeCollection")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

# one-time r2u setup for Ubuntu (noble)

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/eddelbuettel/r2u/master/inst/scripts/add_cranapt_noble.sh | sudo bash

# then install

sudo apt install r-cran-codecollection

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). Run the setup once per machine.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf copr enable iucar/cran

sudo dnf install R-CRAN-codeCollection

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

sudo zypper install R-codeCollection

RPMs auto-built from CRAN on openSUSE OBS.
