Statistical tests for the comparison between two correlations based on either independent or dependent groups. Dependent correlations can either be overlapping or nonoverlapping. A web interface is available on the website <http://comparingcorrelations.org>. A plugin for the R GUI and IDE RKWard is included. Please install RKWard from <https://rkward.kde.org> to use this feature. The respective R package 'rkward' cannot be installed directly from a repository, as it is a part of RKWard.

Install

install.packages("cocor")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

# one-time r2u setup for Ubuntu (noble)

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/eddelbuettel/r2u/master/inst/scripts/add_cranapt_noble.sh | sudo bash

# then install

sudo apt install r-cran-cocor

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). Run the setup once per machine.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf copr enable iucar/cran

sudo dnf install R-CRAN-cocor

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

sudo zypper install R-cocor

RPMs auto-built from CRAN on openSUSE OBS.
