Provides tools to efficiently analyze and visualize laboratory data from aqueous static adsorption experiments. The package provides functions to plot Langmuir, Freundlich, and Temkin isotherms and functions to determine the statistical conformity of data points to the Langmuir, Freundlich, and Temkin adsorption models through statistical characterization of the isothermic least squares regressions lines. Install

install.packages("SorptionAnalysis")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

# one-time r2u setup for Ubuntu (noble)

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/eddelbuettel/r2u/master/inst/scripts/add_cranapt_noble.sh | sudo bash

# then install

sudo apt install r-cran-sorptionanalysis

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). Run the setup once per machine.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf copr enable iucar/cran

sudo dnf install R-CRAN-SorptionAnalysis

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

sudo zypper install R-SorptionAnalysis

RPMs auto-built from CRAN on openSUSE OBS.
