Pharmacokinetics is the study of drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion. The pharmacokinetics model explains that how the drug concentration change as the drug moves through the different compartments of the body. For pharmacokinetic modeling and analysis, it is essential to understand the basic pharmacokinetic parameters. All parameters are considered, but only some of parameters are used in the model. Therefore, we need to convert the estimated parameters to the other parameters after fitting the specific pharmacokinetic model. This package is developed to help this converting work. Install

install.packages("PKconverter")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

# one-time r2u setup for Ubuntu (noble)

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/eddelbuettel/r2u/master/inst/scripts/add_cranapt_noble.sh | sudo bash

# then install

sudo apt install r-cran-pkconverter

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). Run the setup once per machine.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf copr enable iucar/cran

sudo dnf install R-CRAN-PKconverter

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

sudo zypper install R-PKconverter

RPMs auto-built from CRAN on openSUSE OBS.
