Multiple contrast tests and simultaneous confidence intervals based on normal approximation. With implementations for binomial proportions in a 2xk setting (risk difference and odds ratio), poly-3-adjusted tumour rates, biodiversity indices (multinomial data) and expected values under lognormal assumption. Approximative power calculation for multiple contrast tests of binomial and Gaussian data.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-MCPAN

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
