Offers tools to identify the climate analogues of reference polygons and quantifies their transformation under future climate change scenarios. Approaches described in Mingarro and Lobo (2018) doi:10.32800/abc.2018.41.0333 and Mingarro and Lobo (2022) doi:10.1017/S037689292100014X.

Install

install.packages("ClimaRep", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-ClimaRep

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
